Tommy Rettig was a well known child actor during the 1950's. Although best remembered for his role as Jeff Miller on the popular "Lassie" television series, he also appeared in numerous films including:

      The River of No Return
      5,000 Fingers of Dr. T
      The Last Wagon
      The Egyption
      Panic in the Streets

Although most famous for his career as a child actor, Tom's success was not limited to the screen. After his career as a child actor concluded, Tom entered into a career in software development. He authored several popular packages including "Tom Rettig's Office" and "Tom Rettig's Library".

Of course, Tom will be missed by his family. His legacy is larger than this, however. As a child actor, Tom still has many fans. Because of his electronic presence, he has many friends in cyberspace. His work with software will continue to serve for years; his films and television will live forever.

May he rest in peace.

Goodbye, Tommy
