The Child Labor Coalition of which A Minor Consideration is a member, plans a major push in support of the Convention of the Rights of a Child (CLC) and a new effort by Congress to address children in Agriculture on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, June 12th . The March Against Child Labor elevated the world’s consciousness concerning the continuing disgrace of employment practices in otherwise civilized nations with the rescue of more than 400 bonded and/or indentured children in factories throughout northern India.
